PRODUCT WARRANTY
Moon Dental Care guarantees products against defective materials and workmanship. In the unlikely event that a product shows a defect, we will quickly replace or repair it free of charge.

Our warranty does not cover changes in design or materials or cases that have been misused or abused. The doctor is responsible for providing accurate impressions, models, and records. Protec’s warranty is limited to the extent of the value of our invoice; we do not pay for costs associated with clinical procedures or the patient’s time.
Return and Exchange Policy

30 Days
Return purchased items to ApplyLabWork within 30 days of the ship date. After 30 days, no return or exchange is accepted.

Item Condition
The item must be unopened, unused, undamaged, in the same condition you received, and in its original packaging.

Shipping
Pack the item accordingly to prevent damage in transit. You are responsible for the shipping and insurance costs of the return.

Upon Receipt
Once the return is received and inspected, an email notification will inform you whether your request for a refund or exchange has been approved.

Exchange
When the exchange is approved, the new item will ship, after payment of applicable fees are applied.

Refund
When a refund is approved, a credit will apply to your original method of payment. Refund may take 10 - 14 business days to reflect in your statement, before contacting ApplyLabWork, please check with your bank, or payment service.
